The hotel was exceptionally clean and the location was wonderful and fantastic near the boat stop. All the employees were easy going and excellent and smiled at me. Booked a room with a balcony. Could be great for a longer stay.

Overall clean, small hotel with attentive and patient staff. A great selection of options, tasty food. Neat and huge room plus with a balcony overlooking the countryside. Perfect location in a nice quiet area very close to an isolated island away from crowding venice, the overcrowded alleys, and the Vaporetto station.

Peaceful and picturesque hotel in a calm area really close to an island, which has very beautiful and quiet environment, Murano, Burano or Venice and Vaporetto. Good breakfast with omelettes and cereals, for example, amiable staff.

i have stayed in quadruple room for 3 nights, it was complete with ac and private bathroom plus a balcony overlooking the countryside. the balcony had sun loungers and chairs.

Everything was nice, wonderful location just next door to a rural island of venice, wonderful experience. The quadruple room I was given was complete with a balcony overlooking the countryside, ac plus garden. I booked it many times and recommend😀😃👌

When I am in Venice, I like staying here. That's a picturesque and perfect place when visiting Venice for a longer stay. This hotel offers cosy and wonderful rooms with WiFi, ac, a balcony.

Highly recommended for a longer stay. My children and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The location in a very quite area was stunning and wonderful and there where a market and shops nearby. Visited Sant'erasmo Island, one of the tourist spots, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The whole stuff was superfriendly.
